This Privacy Policy describes how Taha Sardar ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our AI-powered language learning application Ziman : Learn Language with AI (the "App").

Google Play Data Safety Summary: We prioritize your privacy. The only personal information we collect is your name, and everything (including your learning progress) is stored completely locally on your device's local storage. We do not require account registration. We use third-party services for AI language processing and serving advertisements.

1. Local Storage (No Account Required)

Our App is designed to keep your personal data strictly on your device:

Only Your Name: We only ask for your name to personalize your learning experience.
Local Storage Only: Your name, learning streaks, lesson progress, and app settings are saved locally in your device's storage.
No Remote Storage: We do not transmit or store your name or progress data on our external servers.
Account Free: You do not need to register with an email address or password to use our core learning features.

2. Artificial Intelligence Processing

To provide you with dynamic, conversational language learning, our App utilizes artificial intelligence:

Input Data: When you practice a language, your text inputs are sent securely to our third-party AI service providers.
Purpose: This data is processed in real-time strictly to generate feedback, translations, and conversational responses. It is not used by us to identify you personally.

3. Advertising Data

Our App is 100% free to use. To support the development and maintenance of the App, we display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).

These ad networks automatically collect certain non-personal usage data, including your IP address, device type, operating system, and mobile advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
This data is used solely to provide relevant advertisements and to track ad performance. You can manage your ad tracking preferences in your Android device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your profile and progress data reside locally on your device, you have complete control over it. To delete all your personal data associated with the App, you simply need to clear the App's data in your device settings or uninstall the App from your device.

5. Data Security

Your local data benefits from your device's built-in security features. Any data transmitted over the internet to our AI partners or Ad networks is sent via secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS).

6. Children's Privacy

Because our App displays third-party advertisements, it is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and have concerns, you can easily erase all user data by uninstalling the App.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or changes in our third-party services. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
